Our vision
Our Macquarie Park Master Plan realises our mission by steering our efforts towards establishing a vibrant, inclusive, and intergenerational community.
Driven by our for-purpose mission, we aim to transform Macquarie Park into a smart and sustainable community hub that seamlessly integrates with the surrounding neighbours. We have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the wider area by creating an integrated destination centred around its residents, workers, and neighbours.
Our plan is for the site to become an activated publicly accessible space, with direct links to Macquarie University and easy connection to Macquarie Centre.
About the project
A site-wide master plan is being prepared as a State Significant Development Application (SSDA).
Following government agency feedback in 2020 on a previously submitted design, our team has deeply considered what we heard and used it to inform an evolved proposal.
The evolved design will connect with First Nations' lived experiences on the site and optimise the space and location to create a dynamic, inclusive, and outward-facing community neighbourhood.
We are consulting with the community before plans are submitted to the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI). For more information about the proposal, please view our community newsletter.

Complete the Social Impact survey
A Social Impact Assessment (SIA) is being prepared as part of the planning process for the SSDA. To inform the SIA, we are seeking feedback from the community and stakeholders to better understand the potential social impacts (positive and negative) of the proposal.
You can provide your feedback by filling in a short online survey.
We are available to take your calls between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm.
